DETAILED itinerary
Day 1–2: Entebbe & Kampala
Arrival and local dinner at a garden restaurant. Next day, visit Uganda Museum,
craft markets, and street food tour featuring rolex, roasted gonja, and
grasshoppers.
Day 3–4: Jinja – Culinary & Nile Adventures
Travel to Jinja. Visit the Source of the Nile, enjoy a lakeside cooking demo
with a local chef, and sample traditional Nile perch dishes.
Day 5–6: Mbale & Sipi
Travel to the Elgon region. Tour a coffee farm, roast your own beans, and cook
with indigenous malewa. Afternoon hike to Sipi Falls.
