This tour is operated by certified professionals trained in wildlife behaviour and first aid, maintaining a 100% safety record. Strict Uganda Wildlife Authority regulations ensure tourist and wildlife safety.

To reserve gorilla permits, we require your full name, nationality, and passport number. Please inform us of any special requests such as medical, dietary, or disability needs prior to booking.

Amendments are subject to availability and additional costs. SITA Adventures reserves the right to adjust itineraries, transport, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances, with timely communication to clients.

Quoted prices include accommodations, meals, transportation, park fees, and guide services unless stated otherwise. Excluded are airfares, visas, insurance, drinks, tips, and personal expenses.

Prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing. Adjustments may occur due to currency fluctuations or supplier rate changes, though we strive to minimize increases.

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, though every effort is made for successful experiences. Accommodation is typically twin or double rooms with private facilities where possible.

Transportation is provided in roadworthy vehicles, but no liability is accepted for delays or damages due to road conditions. Guides’ decisions on routes and safety are final.

SITA Adventures may alter arrangements due to weather, park issues, or safety concerns and reserves the right to refuse participation for disruptive behaviour without refund.

A 50% deposit confirms bookings; gorilla permits require full prepayment. Payments may be made by bank transfer, cash, or VISA (5% service fee). Traveler’s cheques are not accepted.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation. All transaction fees are borne by the client.

All cancellations must be in writing. The following charges apply:

• 61+ days before tour: 20%
• 46–60 days: 40%
• 31–45 days: 60%
• 0–30 days: 100%

Gorilla permits are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for unused services or no-shows.

We value your feedback and strive for exceptional service. Any complaints should be reported immediately to our representative for resolution. Unresolved issues must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion.

While every effort is made to ensure smooth operations, SITA Adventures is not liable for supplier errors, loss, injury, or damage beyond its control.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest. Clients must ensure valid documentation, health precautions, and comprehensive travel insurance before travel.

All claims fall under the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
