Day 1: Kampala to Jinja

Depart Kampala for Jinja. Stop at Sezibwa Falls for a spiritual and historical experience. Upon arrival in Jinja, take a guided walking tour of the town, visit the Source of the Nile, and enjoy a traditional lunch by the riverside. Evening cultural performance and dinner.

Day 2: Jinja to Mbale – Culinary & Cultural Discovery

Travel to Mbale via the lush sugarcane and tea estates of Eastern Uganda. In Mbale, join a local culinary masterclass and learn to prepare dishes like Luwombo, malewa, and posho. Visit a local community museum and enjoy evening storytelling around a fire with Elgon elders.

Day 3: Coffee & Nature in Sipi

Head to Sipi Falls for a coffee tour on the slopes of Mt. Elgon. Participate in every step from picking to roasting your own beans. After lunch, take a guided trek to all three Sipi waterfalls.
Optional Day 4: Morning basket-weaving workshop or batwa community visit before returning to Kampala.
